The Cape Fear Area Alumni Chapter of the North Carolina Central University Alumni Association was reactivated on July 18, 2015.
The objectives and purposes of the Cape Fear Alumni Chapter are those in accordance with the Constitution and Bylaws of the North Carolina Central University Alumni Association to promote the spirit of fellowship among its graduates and past students, and to strengthen their relationship with the university.
Specifically, the Chapter shall help to organize and encourage:
activities which enhance the reputation of the university and interpret it to
activities which will stimulate the interest of prospective students who would
benefit from its unique educational programs and,
activities which will encourage financial support by our members and community and assist the institution in obtaining funds from other sources.
The Chapter needs your support and help. We need volunteers for the following committees: Program and Fundraising, Student Recruitment, Membership, Nominating, Finance, Social and Archives.

The Membership Application can also be printed and mailed with your annual dues of $50 made payable to NCCU – Cape Fear Alumni Association, P.O Box 486, Wrightsville Beach, NC 28480. Dues can also be paid via PayPal.
Chapter meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month at the Main Library of the New Hanover County Public Library located at 201 Chestnut St., Wilmington, North Carolina. We meet on the 3rd floor at 6PM. We look forward to seeing you and having you become an active part of our chapter.
